Is there a difference between herniated disc and bulging disc?

Answer: Herniated discs have extruded part of their nucleus pulposa into the neural canal whereas bulging discs only have a bump on them like a tire with a bubble on it.

Can I continue working while in the treatment program?

Answer: Most patients will receive spinal decompression from a certified technician and an Osteopathic manipulation (no cracking or popping) from an Osteopathic Physician.

Should I bring my X-rays or MRI’s?

Answer: Yes, please bring all your current or previous X-rays, MRI’s and CAT scans. We can order anything else that is needed.

How long do treatments take?

Answer: Each session generally takes around 1 hour. Treatment plans range from around 20 to 30 treatments depending on each person’s case. All treatment plans are customized for each person's individual situation.
